We believe that everyone has a life story and that his or her story
is unique. We also believe in strength in numbers. To know that we are
not alone in our struggles and to know that someone else has been
through what we are dealing with can be the greatest gift and relief.

Directed by filmmaker Sam Sanchez, the first in the HeartSupport
series features stories of those who have lived through the issues and
struggles dealing with depression, addiction, self injury, suicidal
thoughts, and eating disorders. This DVD contains 5 stories as well as
a bonus story, a film about HeartSupport containing segments of each of
the five stories, and also a short about the people who created
HeartSupport.
